Job Description
Maintenance Manager (#293175)
Our large automotive client located in London, ON is in search of a Maintenance Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Duties:
-Plan and organize technical capacities (personnel resources) in order to support the various customer program requirements
-Responsible for developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve performance, reduce cost and improve technical competencies within the department.
-Plan budgets, monitor results, formulate forecasts when required for the value stream
-Network and liaise with other regional and international plants to benchmark, improve and resolve technical competence and performance.
Qualifications:
-Licensed Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician
-Graduate of Engineering Program at College or University Program
-5 - 10 years’ experience in automotive/manufacturing in a maintenance or engineering setting, 5 years leadership experience
Specialized knowledge and skills:
-Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel/Word
-Financial competency – P&L responsible
-Project management
-Technical knowledge of stamping, welding, e-coat and assembly processes
85 000 annual salary
