Expressis currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative direct hire opportunity in Arva, ON! The pay rate for this role is $16.00 per hour. The successful candidate will support the customers by resolving questions, concerns and technical issues, as well as handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding the status of orders and payments
• Take orders from clients
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Quote prices, credit or cash and delivery dates
• Develop and build relationships with current clients
• Daily dispatch and routing for truck drivers
• Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years relevant working experience preferably in construction or waste industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
• Strong team work and interpersonal skills
• Active listening and critical thinking skills
