Job Description

On behalf of our clients, Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking
Administrative Assistants for London, Ontario on temporary and contract basis. The ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service, organization and time management skills.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Answering multi-phone line system
  • Provide company information to the public as requested
  • Deal with all enquiries from the public and attend to in a professional manner
  • Preparation of various correspondences
  • Data entry and submission of report information
  • General filing and office administrative duties
  • Comfortable working independently and able to make decisions with little or no supervision
Requirements                               
  • Ideally minimum of a 2 year College diploma in business, office administration or related years of experience in a similar role
  • At least 2 years’ experience with customer service or office administration
  • Previous experience working within a professional office setting is an asset
  • Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and database knowledge
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Reliable transportation is an asset
Compensation 
  • $14.00 Hourly – Paid Weekly + 4% Vacation Pay
