Nicholls & Associates Limited is an Interior Design and Planning firm specializing in hospitality, high-end residential and commercial projects. We are currently looking for a creative and motivated Intermediate Interior Designer for a 6 month contract. There is a strong potential for permanent employment for the ideal candidate.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who will contribute to all aspects of a project – from preparing presentations to aiding in the production of working drawings. Primarily, this individual will be required to coordinate project finishes, gather data, samples and information, prepare finish schedules and furniture fitment drawings, organize and track pricing for procurement of furniture, prepare quotes for our clients and collaborate with all team members to assist in bringing projects to a successful and timely conclusion.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design firm
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Must be extremely well organized and detail minded with an innate ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Must be reliable, keen to learn, motivated and prepared to contribute as required in a fast paced team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 2013 - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient with AutoCAD Architecture (up to 2017)
- Familiar with SketchUp Pro 2016
