At this time, we are seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for London, ON location, call center operations. These are full-time and seasonal positions to help us through the holiday season with an opportunity to transition to a permanent position. The hours of work can include evenings and weekends.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
90% Answering Calls – assist customers with questions concerning their order and order status, billing, and returns.- Provides assistance to customers via the telephone each work day responding to customer inquiries using superior communication skills combined with demonstrated customer service and sales skills.
- Promote products through product introduction based on clients’ wants or needs.
- Process all requests within a timely manner with a high level of attention to detail exhibiting creativity and flexible problem solving skills.
- Provide pricing, availability, and delivery information within established guidelines.
- Obtain resolution of routine customer complaints and issues. Manage time efficiently to achieve completion of prioritized tasks.
Required Qualifications –
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service or order entry experience in a high-volume in-coming call centre environment with a sales and customer service focus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of PC fundamentals
- The ability to be innovative and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet targets/scores
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
- Clear and concise telephone communication skills, coupled with “active listening” skills
- High concentration and energy levels, with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve on a case by case basis
- Strong command of the English language both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- College courses or on Associates degree is preferred
- Computer courses (Word, Excel, Windows)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Typing speed of 35 wpm or more
