Your goals: In this London based position you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of ammonia freezers, baking ovens and high speed packaging equipment. You will start on the ground floor and will be trained in order to optimize your knowledge of these very new and custom built machines. This facility will be state of the art and will have a high standard of hygiene; you will be trained and responsible for maintaining HACCP standards. You will be involved in all preventive maintenance programs. You will have knowledge of PLC programming changes and modifications using Siemens S7/S5. You will build, install and breakdown equipment as needed. You will work in a respectful team environment with stellar professionals. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
 
Your strengths: You will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the capacity of industrial electrician preferably in a food manufacturing facility. You would have had exposure PLC, robotic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems including Siemens S7/S5. You will be an interprovincial licensed Industrial Electrician (442A or 309D). You will have good knowledge of panel installation and HVAC systems. You must be willing to achieve a TSSA B operator certification. You will be a key member of a ground floor team that will contribute to the success of Dr. Oetker.
