Job Title: Graphic Designer & Audio Engineer/Producer

We are an international marketing company that works with successful brands and founders to help build and improve their market positions. We are seeking to fill two positions: a local graphic designer and an audio producer to run our podcast room. We do not micromanage, and we support hardworking, dynamic individuals who like to do great things and make a difference.

Overview: 

We are seeking a part-time, moving to full-time, experienced, and motivated audio engineer/producer to manage and enhance audio production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in audio engineering and production, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, and other team members to produce exceptional audio content.

We’re also looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring brands to life.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles and a passion for creating engaging and effective designs across various mediums. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to produce innovative design solutions that align with our brand identity.

What We’re Looking For a Graphic Designer:

• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and trends.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Can develop and execute compelling visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website assets, brochures, and promotional materials.
   

What We’re Looking For an Audio Engineer/Producer:

• Experience in audio engineering and production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and previous work.

• Proficiency with industry-standard audio production software or tools

• Strong understanding of audio mixing, mastering, and sound design.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
