Express is assisting our Ingersoll, ON based client to find Material Control Clerk! The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service experience. This is a 6 month contract position!

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay paid weekly.
• Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Receiving in shipments of automotive parts
• Follow up on customer requests regarding inventory
• Creating bills of lading and customs paperwork for shipments and track shipments as required
• Other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year administrative and customer service experience, in the automotive industry preferred
• Must have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail, proofreading, and problem-solving skills.
