Role

Developing .NET development applications using ASP.Net, WPF, Winforms (User Interface and Backend coding), creating User Controls and have a knack for creating intuitive, user friendly and attractive User Interfaces that work.

Overview

In this role you will work with our team and customers to develop and maintain custom software applications. We are an agile development shop that utilizes the SCRUM methodology for project management and Test Driven Development (TDD) strategies for application development.  You will work with a diverse array of technologies and platforms. Therefore, being dynamic and adaptable are musts.

Educational Qualifications

Degree in computer science or related field.

Technical Skills Required

·         4 - 6 years experience with developing software using Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, 3.5, ASP.Net, WPF and Winforms

·         3 – 4 years experience working with SQL Server 2005+, designing databases, creating Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Indexes and troubleshooting optimization issues.

·         Experience with Agile software development and Test Driven Development principles

·         Experience with Continuous Integration

·         Experience with Linq2Sql and Entity Framework

·         Experience with object oriented analysis/design

·         Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing

·         Experience creating User Controls for ASP.Net, WPF and Win Form applications

·         Experience with AJAX, client-side method invocation and writing custom javascript is a plus

·         Experience with Team Foundation Server and Subversion

·         Nice to have experience with 3rd party components such as Aspose, DXperience and Infragistics is a plus
