Xtivity is a technology company that provides decision support for MRO (Indirect) Materials. We provide Asset Intensive clients’ visibility into a corporation’s inventory data to ensure the right spare part is available at the right time and in the right quantity.

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Analysts to bring their analytical expertise and passion to our team-driven, fast growing company.
As an Analyst you will be responsible for the following:

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Analysts to bring their analytical expertise and passion to our team-driven, fast growing company.
As an Analyst you will be responsible for the following:
- Working with large amounts of data: facts, figures and number crunching. See through data and analyze to find conclusions
- Creating and running ad hock custom reports using SQL and XML
- Discussing data elements with clients during sales and retention journeys
- Identifying client business processes and relate back to data parameters and process
- Create advanced reports in Microsoft Excel
- Supporting Partners and other sales associates with selling opportunities with data findings
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Developing outstanding Product knowledge to enable specific recommendations based on client needs
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or other related field.
- Proven ability to utilize tools to manipulate data.
- Basic understanding of manipulating SQL server base data using SQL queries.
- Must be fluent users of Microsoft Excel and writing functions within the program.
- Proficient with using Microsoft Windows based programs.
- The ability to thrive and produce results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
