JOB SUMMARY:

 

Assists with the sales and growth of Adecco’s temporary and permanent placement services through lead generation and sales activities.  Coordinates the distribution of marketing promotions and schedules sales appointments.

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

1.      Assists with the retail sales and marketing efforts in a specific region.  Identifies and researches prospects and new opportunities for sales growth.

 

2.      Promotes Adecco’s brands and partnerships by conducting high volume sales calls.  Provides information about Adecco’s services to prospective clients with the purpose of scheduling appointments for Account Executives, Branch Managers and Area Directors in a specific region. 

 

3.      Coordinates and distributes marketing promotions for prospects and ensures follow up calls are made on a regular basis.

 

4.      Researches prospects’ needs and skill markets candidates for open positions.

 

5.      Maintains an up to date prospect list as well as a log of sales calls and follow ups made.

 

6.      Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Education

Experience

Technical

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.

A minimum of one (1) year direct sales experience, preferably in the service industry.

Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
