POSITION

The Support Professional position is a call center job involving high volume call activity. Duties include:

Handle customer inquiries, billing issues, and some sales (depending on the program you are assigned to) on dozens of calls every day

Build customer histories by logging contact information and case notes in a call-tracking database

Drive customer satisfaction through effective and timely solutions based on product and service knowledge
REQUIREMENTS

Be proficient on the computer, including navigation of the web

Possess strong communication and customer service skills

Flexibility to work different shifts in a 24/7 operation

Pass a criminal background check
