Administrative Assistant

 

The Job Shoppe is currently recruiting a Part- time Administrative Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call Handling- Handle incoming calls from candidates and clients
  • Pre screening resumes
  • Greeting walk ins and administering testing to candidates
  • Administration duties- documentation, filing, data entry
  • Assist with  client service reports/surveys, strong follow-up and relationship building.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • College Diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast paced customer service role
  • 1+ years of experience in an Administrative role (reception, administrative assistant, etc.)

Compensation:

$11/hr       

Must be available during regular business hours.
