Job Description

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time position that will be responsible for coordinating various duties within a fast pace office setting. The candidate should be able to perform the job with limited supervision and identify when additional direction is required. The position is located in London, Ontario.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Field Customer inquires received by phone, fax or email.

·         Organize documentation RFQ’s, drawings, quotations etc.

·         Track and report on Customer orders.

·         Manage ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

·         Contact vendors to expedite orders, returns, schedule shipping.

·         Coordinate orders, inspections, and technical requirements prior to shipping.

·         Prioritize day to day work activities within daily work routine with little supervisor guidance.

·         Support Technical Account Manager as required with daily requests including project status, delivery expectations, clerical assistance, etc.

  • Knowledge of Prophet 21 software would be a definite asset.

 

SALARY

  • Commensurate with experience and qualifications

 

HOURS OF WORK

  • Office hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Additional hours as required to meet customer requirements.
