Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the company in a variety of ways. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this position will have a heavy emphasis on the successful planning and execution of several corporate events held throughout the year in addition to providing day to day administrative support to the executive team.
Duties include the following:
- Coordinates and ensures the execution of all activities related to corporate events and off-site conferences such as site selection and set-up, catering, audio-visual, budgeting and logistics;
- Assist in planning various company-wide events (Holiday Party, Summer Picnic, Town Hall Meetings, etc.)
- Perform general office duties (filing, faxing, drafting general business letters, updating spreadsheets, scheduling meetings etc.);
- Provide administrative support on several projects for the Executive Team;
- Assist in corporate travel arrangements for executive travel;
- Attending various meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items

In addition, the successful candidate will have above average Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and advanced Excel.
