Job Description

The successful individual will be interested and possess the ability to further develop their understanding of the financial planning industry.  As Administrative Assistant the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the front reception area and in the  daily administrative tasks of completing GIC transactions and other financial transactions.  This is a fullt time position located in Woodstock.  The ability to interact with the team as a supportive team member to ensure the client needs are achieved is a must.

 

Qualifications:

·  High school completion with a business background or equivalent experience

·  3 –5 years experience within the financial sector is an asset

·  Solid understanding of GIC and other financial planning processes

Computer software knowledge of MS Office

·  Excellent people skills in interacting with both internal team and client interfacing
