Position Overview Reporting to the Director of ITS, the IT Asset and Scheduling Coordinator is a customer-focused member of the ITS team, responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the department. This role plays a vital part in tracking and managing IT-related assets, including hardware, software, contracts, and support agreements. The IT Asset and Scheduling Coordinator will assist with scheduling technical services, contribute to asset management processes, and generate reports. This position requires handling sensitive information, so discretion, confidentiality, and integrity are essential. This position is unionized and is a part of our CUPE 101.5 bargaining unit.
