Office Administrator
Chalmers Presbyterian Church is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Office Administrator with strong people skills to assist in the day-to-day management of the church. The Office Administrator works with the Minister, Session and various committees and ministries of the congregation. The Candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision. Overview: The Office Administrator plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of the church and supporting the various groups that use our building. Your responsibilities will include preparing various communications for the congregation, supporting our Care and Share food ministry, arranging volunteers, maintaining the records of the church, scheduling room rentals, along with other general office duties.
