NORLON’s major clients include Western University, Thames Valley District School Board, London District Catholic School Board, Canadian Tire Corporation Limited, and Cineplex Entertainment Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in all financial activities, producing financial statements, monthly reports, analyzing financial data, participating in the development and improvement of business processes and supervising the accounting team

• Follow up with all purchase orders

• Participate in project cost analysis and budget tracking

• Reconcile monthly financial statements

• Perform various accounting and financial analysis

• Prepare government remittances monthly GST

• Prepare year end files for audit

• Prepare payroll

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years’ experience as a Controller

• Understands and has experience in the construction industry

• Accounting degree with designation

• Organized and efficient

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced user of Excel

• Exposure to Timberline construction software would be an asset
